Not just a pretty name, Bengali spices are very unique to the region, concentrating on a variety of mustard seeds. For this cheeky chutney a combination of black and yellow seeds are used together with fresh ginger and chilli’s. 

Serve With: Poppadoms, crisps, bread and tortilla chips, cheese on toast, cheesy naan bread. A great accompaniment for any Indian curry.
